Asana is a project- and work-management platform for coordinating tasks, projects, and cross-team workflows. For verified nonprofits it offers 50% off a paid plan, and unlike a promotional deal the discount is permanent - it lasts for as long as you stay with Asana.

The honest math

The discount applies to the Starter or Advanced plan. Asana markets it as “50% off any plan,” but in practice that means the two standard paid tiers; Enterprise and Enterprise+ are handled through their sales team. Worth remembering before you pay for anything: Asana’s free Personal plan is genuinely usable for a small team, so confirm you actually need Starter or Advanced features (timeline views, custom fields, more automations) before spending even the discounted amount.

How eligibility is verified

Asana validates nonprofit status through Goodstack (formerly Percent), the same partner several other programs on this site use. The main exclusion is hospitals and hospital auxiliaries, which are pointed to Asana’s separate healthcare program. Organizations that do not meet its anti-discrimination requirements are also excluded.
