What it is

EveryAction, now part of Bonterra, is a unified nonprofit CRM that combines donor management, email marketing, digital advocacy (petitions, click-to-call, legislator messaging), and fundraising in a single database. Its strength is having fundraising and organizing run off the same records.

The honest math

There is no published pricing. Bonterra quotes each organization based on size and the modules it wants, which means a demo, a sales conversation, and an annual contract. That model fits larger organizations with dedicated development or advocacy staff; it is heavy for a small, all-volunteer shop.

Why the amber rating

This is enterprise software with an enterprise posture: custom quotes, contracts, and implementation. It is genuinely strong for organizations running real advocacy campaigns at scale, but for a sub-$500k nonprofit it is usually more platform - and more budget - than the work calls for. Hence amber, purely on fit for our audience.
