The honest math

Pricing is tiered by the number of constituent records you store. Plans start at around $45/month for up to 2,500 records and step up in roughly $15 increments as your list grows - about $75/month at 10,000 records and $135/month at 50,000. Every plan includes unlimited users, so adding volunteers or board members to the system costs nothing extra. Annual prepayment takes 10% off, and the first 30 days are free with no card required.

Who it fits

Small nonprofits that have outgrown a spreadsheet but do not want to commit to the higher monthly cost of the larger CRMs. The generous free trial and unlimited-user policy make it especially friendly to all-volunteer and small-staff teams.

The catch
