Getting Started

Q: How do I get started?

Request a free marketing assessment using the form on our contact page. We'll review your nonprofit within 1-2 business days and send preliminary feedback. If it looks like a good fit, we'll schedule a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your goals and strategy.

Q: What information do you need from me initially?

Just basic info: nonprofit name, budget, current monthly donations (approximate), biggest marketing challenges, and whether you have a Google Ad Grant. The assessment form takes 5 minutes to complete.

Q: How long does setup take?

Typically 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. Google Ad Grants approval takes 2-4 weeks alone. Website development/optimization takes 1-3 weeks. We can often start social media and email marketing within the first week while other elements are being built.

Q: What if we've never applied for Google Ad Grants?

We'll manage the entire application process from start to finish, including any required tech integrations for tracking and reporting. Most nonprofits are eligible—a 501(c)(3) status is typically all you need.

Q: What are the compliance requirements?

Google Ad Grants requires maintaining campaign quality, minimum click-through rates, and monthly activity. We continually monitor and optimize campaigns to remain compliant so you don't lose your grants.

Q: How soon will we start seeing results from Ad Grants?

Applications and initial campaign setup can take 2-4 weeks. Many clients see their first donations within the first month of going live.

Pricing & Payment

Q: How does the revenue-first payment work?

Our fee is deducted first from donations generated via our marketing campaigns; you never pay from existing funds. If our campaigns generate less than the fee, whatever we raise is our payment for that month, and the balance is waived.

Q: What if we can't afford even $850/month?

With the revenue-first payment option, you don't need to afford anything upfront. We build your marketing system, generate revenue, and only get paid from what we create. If you're concerned about risk, this model was designed for you.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees, but we do have a 12-month initial partnership commitment since we invest $8,000-$12,000 upfront in your nonprofit. If you leave early, there are exit fees ($750-$4,500 depending on timing). After 12 months, it's true month-to-month with no commitments. All service fees, software, and routine tool costs are included in your monthly rate.

Q: What's the 12-month commitment about?

We invest heavily in your nonprofit upfront (website, setup, optimization worth $8,000-$12,000). The 12-month partnership allows us to recover this investment and prove results. If you need to leave early, exit fees apply but decrease over time. After 12 months, you're free to cancel anytime with no fees. You can also pay an optional $2,500 setup fee to cap any future exit fee at just $1,000.
